SportsTravel magazine has announced that the 2005 STIHL® TIMBERSPORTS® Series Championship has been nominated for a 2006 SportsTravel Award!
Events are first nominated via SportsTravel magazine and placed on their Web site, with the highest nominations then placed on a ballot for final voting. STIHL®TIMBERSPORTS® received the necessary total nominations to be placed on the final ballot. Criteria for nomination and voting include superior organization of and attendance at the event, experience for the competitors and/or spectators at the event, and how the site or venue served to enhance the event.
