It appears that there is a software conflict for the
uninstall files for screen savers for VISTA users. The
following instructions provide a workaround. To uninstall
the application the customer should do the following:
STEP #1: Open the following file: C:\STIHL\Screensaver\Uninstall.exe -
This procedure should remove the screensaver. If the Uninstall.exe
file mentioned in Step #1 cannot be found or if Step #1
fails, you must remove the screensaver files manually by
completing the following procedures in STEP #2: |

A. Choose a different screensaver (under the Display
options) |

| B. Delete the following files in the Windows directory
(I'm not sure what this directory is in Vista… in
the past it was C:/windows/) |
i. 'STIHL Bildschirmschoner'.ini
ii. FSaver.ini |
C. Delete the folder C:/STIHL
