With the 2008 training season underway, "Team Atkinson" is
looking forward to competitions starting soon! I would like
to welcome my new sponser, Central Boiler, to the winning
team of STIHL, Wood-Mizer, Idaho Chucks, and Starfish Point.
Central Boiler is a natural fit and I am thrilled to have
them on board. They are a great northern Minnesota based
company selling the world's best outdoor wood furnaces.
We have a CL 7260 at our Clearwater Lake home which heats
our 5,000 sf garage/shop with slab wood from our Wood-Mizer
LT40 sawmill and trees needing to be thinned out on our
property with my favorite STIHL chain saw! As always, the
amazingly delicious food at Idaho Chucks keep Niel and I
well fed and energized while we are busy working and training
in the Twin Cities. My first competition, the STIHL Timbersports
Series, is this weekend in Lehi, Utah. I will be proud to
represent every company on board with "Team Atkinson" each
and every step of the way. It looks like it will be a great
media market. I have 4 appearance scheduled before the the
event even starts. Niel and I always enjoy talking to fans
and spectators about the fantastic products we endorse.
We have a lot of exciting competitions and events planned
for the season. I will keep you updated along the way! Thanks
